To obtain a Service contract for your Compu Dynamics system, just follow the following steps:

1. Download the PDF file, and print out. Service Plan Contract
2. Fill out the customer information area.
3. Write in your invoice number, system specifications, and cost.*
4. Multiply the total amount by .18 (10% and & .08 CA sales tax)
5. Sign and date the contract.
6. Attach a check for the total amount computed.
7. Mail contract and check to:

*(Remember, this service plan does not cover software or printers,
so make sure to subtract the cost of these items before writing in the product cost)

1. If your system was not purchased from Compu Dynamics, you must bring it in to be evaluated.
2. Compu Dynamics is not responsible for data back up. Please back up your system before delivery.
3. Printers are not eligible for service plan.
4. This service plan is for carry in only. On site service is available for an aditional charge.
5. This plan does not include printers or software, so be sure to subtract the cost of these items.
